What we need from your artwork
Bleed & safe area
Add 3 mm bleed on all sides. Keep important text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim line.
Accepted file formats
PDF (preferred), AI, PSD, PNG, or JPG. Maximum file size 20 MB per upload.
Color mode
CMYK is preferred for print. RGB files are accepted and converted carefully before printing.
Resolution
Use 300 dpi or higher for images and logos so edges stay sharp on press.

Which file formats are accepted?
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG up to 20 MB. PDF is preferred for print-ready files. If you are unsure, upload what you have and we will advise.
Can you design the business card for me?
Yes. Choose the design support option when ordering. Share your details and any reference files; we create a simple professional layout and confirm it with you before printing.
How long does printing take?
After payment and artwork approval, printing usually starts within a few business days. Design support typically adds 2–4 business days after details are confirmed.
When is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address in Japan. Product prices shown on this page are tax included.
Can I review the artwork before printing?
Yes. We check every file before printing. If you request design support, we share the artwork for your confirmation before production begins.
