Online payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card entry and payment authorization according to its own terms and privacy notice.

We receive payment status and related transaction metadata needed for order fulfillment and accounting. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

If you upload files (for example artwork, documents, or references), we store them only as needed to evaluate, produce, or support your project.

Customer-facing chatbot products delivered as a service are scoped in separate project agreements and configured for each client engagement.
